Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through geekbarvapes.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of vaping and nicotine products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or consumed products under any circumstances.


2. Eligible Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

Returns may only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived defective (Dead on Arrival).

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • The item must remain unused (except for defect testing).

Failure to report issues within 3 days voids eligibility.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Flavor dissatisfaction
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage
  • Seized or confiscated international shipments
  • Customs delays
  • Refused packages due to unpaid duties or taxes
  • Orders placed in violation of local laws

4. International Orders & Customs

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring vaping products are legal in their country.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs seizures
  • Import restrictions
  • Regulatory holds
  • Country-specific bans

No refunds will be issued for international shipments confiscated or rejected by customs authorities.


5. Return Authorization Required

Do NOT send products back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by us.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.


8. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Customs seizure
  • Legal restrictions in your country
  • Failure to pass age verification
  • Dissatisfaction with product flavor

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Dispute submission with order confirmation, IP logs, and delivery proof
  • Collection action or legal recovery of funds

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or legal compliance concerns.
