This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from geekbarvapes.store are processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or verification checks.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally.
- Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
- Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
3. Age Verification & Adult Signature
Because we sell age-restricted products:
- Age verification may be required before shipment.
- Adult signature upon delivery may be required in certain locations.
- Orders may be delayed or canceled if age verification cannot be completed.
4. International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations; however:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring vaping products are legal in their country.
- Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and taxes are NOT included in product prices.
- All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do NOT mark shipments as gifts or undervalue packages.
We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, confiscations, or country-specific import restrictions.
5. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
8. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to:
- Unpaid customs duties
- Import restrictions
- Failure to provide required documentation
Any eligible refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and return fees.
9. Restricted Locations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to regions where shipping vaping products is restricted or prohibited.
